Oftentimes, some people immediately dive into their soft bed when they feel exhausted after a long day at work or in school. Even if they have not changed their clothes yet or have not washed their faces at all, they directly head on to slumber world all because of the need to recharge. This should not be case, however. Remember that no matter how tired you might be, you should take some time in keeping yourself fresh prior to resting. You can take a warm shower to eliminate the dirt and other pollutants that have accumulated on different areas on your body during the day. If you do not do this, you will most likely get irritation and itches that will make you uncomfortable. After bathing, moisturise with lotion or oil so that you will have soft skin until you wake up. Make it a habit to drink a glass of water to improve hydration in your system as well.

Once you are ready, it is then time to fix your cot. Dust off the surface with a clean cloth so that particles will be removed. Make sure that you perform this properly so that bugs and other minute insects will not stay on your mattress. If you skip this practice, you will get undesirable welts on your epidermis, a result of the creepy-crawly bites you have gotten while you have dozed off. Finally, see to it that your bed is free from other stuff that might hurt your back as you visit dreamland. Make sure that it is free of any obstructions that could keep you uneasy all night long.
